Alinity Back Office

Depending on the size of your organization, you may or may not need a number of the Alinity Back Office modules offered to properly support the key areas of your business practice. The one module that is a necessity however, is the Alinity Core module.

The Alinity Core module provides exactly that, it allows you to manage what is core to organizations that license their members. From a registration stand point with Alinity Core, you use it to set up your Registration Templates. This includes the set up of the registration mappings along with their associated fees and requirements.

Once your Registrations are set up handling Registration Application, Registration Changes and Registration Renewal is a cinch.

With Alinity Core the amount of profile and registration information that may be captured is extensive. Below is a list of a number of registrant specific items you have access to with Alinity Core:

  • Profile Management
  • Name Change Management
  • Mailing Address Management
  • Employment Management
  • Languages Spoken
  • Notes
  • Practice Hours
  • Exams Passed
  • Specializations
  • Education Achieved
  • Complete Registration History

The accounting support required to handle registration is also part of Alinity Core. Some of the accounting features include:

  • Payment Batch control totals
  • Mass credit card authorization
  • Single payment from employer or person can pay multiple registrations
  • Single registration can be paid for by multiple payments
  • An employer can pay for a single registration
  • Record non-GL payments
  • Auto batching for web payments

Integrations with many of the standard accounting packages is included.

Alinity Core is also the module you use to maintain the list of Organizations of which your registrants are employed, and external 3rd party contacts that are not registrants of your organization.

We chose Alinity because the software appears to be robust and user-friendly. Most importantly, it will deliver what we need to handle our regulatory processes effectively.
