Training

Depending on the size of your organization, the Alinity™ team will take the train the trainer approach and train the “super user(s)” of the department or organization.

Below are the three standard methods of Alinity training.

Desk Side
On-site Desk Side training involves having an Alinity expert sit with your staff and coach them through daily tasks on a one-on-one or small group basis.

This will ensure your team understands how to take advantage of the built in smarts of the Alinity user interface and your configuration.

Stand-Up
On-site Stand-Up training sessions are recommended to provide an overview of each module. An Alinity expert with an intimate knowledge of your configuration would train your users in a classroom style session.

These sessions are generally broken up by module to ensure everything within the module is covered.

Remote
Quickly learning about new Alinity features, updated configuration or a chance to see what is coming in the future has never been easier. You can sit at your desk in your office and take part in an Alinity Remote training session.

Our Alinity Remote training sessions are handled with individual organizations and not attended by other organizations. That way you can be sure the training provided to you is specific to your organization.

The benefits to having a community of colleges using the same software is that enhancements determined by one college and developed for their use can potentially benefit the entire community.
