One Window Access
Every Alinity Back Office module seamlessly integrates into the Alinity application and the new Alinity menu structure. Unlike other software, there is no requirement to open a different application to view other module information that includes custom modules. To go from maintaining registration information to working with accounting information typically requires selecting a different menu option from the main menu.
In Alinity, the features of the Alinity Explorer and menu structure allow you to access all information you need about your registrants your security setup permit. Information such as status, current committees, outstanding invoices, open notes, education, address changes, name changes, etc., are available from the Alinity Explorer.
Therefore, to update a registrants profile within a committee may not require navigation to the Committee Management module. That information can be maintainable in the same are you would update the address information of a contact.
The benefit of the single screen is increased productivity, data accuracy and staff experience.
